My Services

I offer open-ended psychotherapy sessions for adults, once or twice weekly, either in person (in a private clinic in West Hampstead NW6, London) or online, in English and / or Hebrew. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space where you are welcome to come as you are.

My approach is mainly psychodynamic, which means we will aim to explore the unconscious patterns, thoughts and feelings that shape your experience in life. When helpful, I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which focuses on the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to help induce positive change.

Areas of Focus

I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and believe deeply in the value of taking time to pause, reflect, and meet in a shared space.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who find themselves living in a culture different from their own—whether by choice or necessity—as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, early trauma, or relationship difficulties.

I also deeply value working with people who feel motivated to explore and understand themselves more profoundly in order to strengthen their sense of agency and freedom of choice.

Qualifications

  • UKCP trainee Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, The Bowlby Centre

  • Registered psychologist with the Israeli Ministry of Health (license no. 27-152767)

  • M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College, Israel

  • B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy, Tel Aviv University, Israel
